Diagnosis

Eyes large, ratio of width between eyes at the level of anterior ocellus/width of head= 0.42; head and mesosoma bright green; scutellum with rather strong reticulation, meshes slightly elongate and diverging posteriorly, medioposterior 1/6 smooth; fore wing speculum open below; posterior margin of dorsellum tridentate; propodeum with median groove, narrow throughout, submedian carinae weak; propodeal callus with 2-3 setae; petiole as long as wide in female, 1.5X as long as wide in male; first gastral tergite in female reticulate in posterior 1/3, meshes isodiametric.

Distribution

Costa Rica, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Saint Vincent, USA.

Biology

From eggs of Scudderia sp. (Orthoptera: Tettigoniidae), and from unidentified eggs of Tettigoniidae and Mantidae.
